Why you should do a weekly Menu?

In my opinion and being a mum of 3, i understood that i really needed to Plan a weekly Menu every sunday morning (while the boys are having swimming at 7 am). 



First thing to do is to see what i didn't use the week before, take a look of your fridge, freezer and pantry. Second, after i do my menu i can do a grocery list with the things i need to buy at the supermarket. That way i will be more efficient and don't spend money in things that i don't need. (But I always ended up buying a few extra things 🤦🏻‍♀️)

After my first article about my life change (you can read it here: http://cakescookiesdreams.blogspot.com/2018/06/the-sleeping-beauty.html ), I received a few emails/messages to share more details about my Paleo diet. I already did a post about that in Portuguese but for my new (no portuguese) followers I decided to share what and how it works my new healthy lifestyle, my weekly menus and my routine! But before you start you need to understand that there is no magic, if you want to lose weight, feel better, more energy, you really need to give up of many things, not forever but for a while! I will never have my 18 years old body back but im sure i can be more healthy, energetic and confident that i used to be, even after 3 kids!

Chia seeds pudding with berries

As many of my followers know I’m doing the Paleo Diet, and one of the things I discovered with this new lifestyle were the Chia Seeds and the only think I can say is that you can do yummy desserts with this seeds!  They  are awesome with fresh berries, mango, banana, nuts, coconut flaxs or with chocolate. You can do hundreds of different combinations and it’s the perfect breakfast when you are in a rush because you can prepare in the night before.
The best part of it is that they are very good for you:
